A few good questions

The details,
answered.

What to know about packages, costs, bookings, content teams, and on-site support. If your question is not here, add it to your trip brief.

01

Who is Check-In Studios for?

Check-In Studios plans trips for influencers, brides, maids of honor, bachelorette and birthday groups, brand teams, hotel partners, and anyone who wants a beautiful trip without managing every detail alone.

02

Can I start with only a list of links?

Yes. The Link List is the lightest-touch option: a curated, booking-ready collection of stays, reservations, experiences, and useful links. You make the final bookings and keep full flexibility.

03

What should I send in my first inquiry?

A city, dates, group size, occasion, one must-do idea, estimated travel budget, and any required photos, videos, or sponsored posts are enough to start. It is fine if some details are still undecided.

04

How do I send my trip brief?

Build the brief on the site, then choose Email your brief or message Check-In Studios on Instagram. Our inbox stays private and is not displayed on the public website.

05

When should I inquire?

As early as you can, especially if your trip needs a sought-after reservation, local crew, or on-site support. If the date is close, still send the brief. We will confirm whether the scope is a fit before work begins.

06

How do you plan around social media content?

It means the itinerary makes room for the photos, videos, or sponsored posts you need without turning the whole trip into a shoot. We can plan the best times and places to create content, transportation between stops, and time to enjoy the trip away from the camera.

07

Can you arrange photographers, videographers, editors, or car service?

Yes. Depending on the scope, Check-In Studios can recommend and coordinate optional local partners, including car service, photographers, videographers, and editors. Those costs are scoped separately from the planning fee.

08

What is included with an on-site Full Check-In?

Full Check-In is the highest level of support. Courtney joins the trip to test the plan, manage timing, help coordinate approved vendors, and solve problems as they happen. In addition to the package fee, the client pays Courtney's approved travel, hotel, ground transportation, meals, and other work expenses.

09

Do you book the travel for me?

Unless your written proposal says otherwise, you book and pay hotels, restaurants, tickets, transportation, and other travel providers directly. Check-In Studios gives you the recommendations, links, timing, and notes needed to make those bookings.

010

How do planning fees and trip costs work?

Your tailored scope separates the Check-In planning or production fee from travel, accommodations, provider costs, and optional crew. You review what is included and what is separate before the work starts.

011

Which cities do you currently support?

Check-In Studios currently supports Nashville, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Orlando. We may be able to plan another destination depending on the dates, group, and type of trip.

012

Are you connected to the hotels, restaurants, parks, or venues shown?

Check-In Studios is an independent travel planning and content production business. We are not connected to a hotel, restaurant, theme park, venue, or destination unless a partnership is clearly stated.
