Your trip details
stay yours.

A plain-language explanation of what happens when you build and send a trip brief on this website.

01

The trip brief is built in your browser

Your answers are not submitted to a Check-In Studios database when you select “Build my trip brief.” The website formats the answers on your device so you can review them first.

02

You choose when to send it

If you choose email, your usual email app opens with the brief filled in. If you choose Instagram, you leave this site and message Courtney there. Those services handle the message under their own privacy practices.

03

Please leave sensitive records out

Do not put passport numbers, payment-card information, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in the website brief. We can discuss necessary trip details through the appropriate private channel later.

04

The host may process basic technical data

Like most websites, the hosting service may process information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. Check-In Studios does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tags on this website.

05

Questions can start with the inquiry form

If you have a privacy question or want to discuss information you previously sent, build a short brief and choose email. You do not need to include private trip details in that first message.
