What our fee covers, what you book, which costs are separate, and what happens when a provider changes the plan.
Your Check-In Studios fee covers the work listed in your written proposal, such as research, itinerary design, timing, booking links, content planning, vendor coordination, remote help, or on-site support.
Unless your written proposal says otherwise, you make and pay for hotels, flights, restaurants, tickets, transportation, activities, and other travel services directly. Your contract for those services is with the provider you choose.
Hotels, transportation, meals, reservations, tickets, local vendors, photographers, videographers, editors, permits, rentals, and styling are not included in the planning fee unless your proposal clearly says they are.
Prices, hours, availability, venue rules, and provider policies can change. We check important details for your dates and include backups where appropriate, but a recommendation is not a guaranteed reservation.
Your proposal explains the revisions and trip support included in your package. Provider cancellations, refunds, credits, and schedule changes remain subject to that provider's rules.
Full Check-In requires the client to cover Courtney's approved transportation, hotel, ground travel, meals, and other work expenses in addition to the service fee. Those costs are reviewed before the agreement is signed.
Photographers, videographers, drivers, hotels, restaurants, venues, and other providers are independent businesses. Check-In Studios can recommend or coordinate them as part of your package, but does not control their separate policies or performance.
This page is a plain-language overview. Your signed proposal or service agreement controls the final work, fees, dates, responsibilities, revision limits, cancellation terms, and approved expenses for your project.
